Not So Common Scents

It’s one thing to look good, but smelling good can help seal any deal (use your imagination!) Some of my favorite scents exude confidence and sexiness and range from daytime scents to nighttime scents. My friend Chelsea (@Chelsea_Alexa and says I have the best smelling family in the world because we ALL love to wear and experiment with different fragrances. I thought I would share some of my favorite scents with all of you…Enjoy!!

Dot by Marc Jacobs: This ultra-femme scent is perfect for the daytime. It’s not a very heavy scent, but flirty and airy.  I wear this scent when I am running errands or catching up with my girlfriends.  There are notes of Red Berries, Dragonfruit, Honeysuckle, Jasmine, Coconut Water, Orange Blossom, Vanilla, Driftwood, and Musk.  They all smell just dreamy together!

Florabotanica by Balenciaga: I love floral smelling scents and this is definitely my go-to scent! Florabotanica is not to flowery yet it’s lush and beautiful It has notes of Carnation, Wild Mint, Turkish Rose Essence, Hemp Leaves, Vetiver Roots, and White Amber. The bottle looks like a piece of modern art! I wear this scent on date nights and special events and every time I wear it, someone stops to smell and ask me what I’m wearing.  This scent will leave your followers with a trail of happy tears.

Parisienne by YSL: This is another flowery scent and I usually wear this fragrance in the workplace because it’s very fresh and light without being overbearing.  It lasts all day and the damask rose and sandalwood make this scent smell heavenly.

Black Orchid by Tom Ford: Buyer Beware!! First off, anything bearing the Tom Ford name is luxurious, sexy, and classy. This scent embodies all of that and more. I wear this scent only on special occasions and it makes me feel like I own any room I walk in. This fragrance is a little more expensive than the others but it is definitely worth the investment.  Every woman deserves to feel sexy at some point in her life and she can start with a Tom Ford fragrance.
